Ameya

Here is some pictures of the upcoming project from Rajendran called Ameya.
The status of the property as of today is that, it has been registered under Mythreyi and layout design has gone to BBMP for approval.
He hasn't yet decided what he plans to do with the property, it could be either high rise buildings or row houses or villas. The property is about 4-5 acres and has around 400 trees, few big rock boulders and water bodies which has water mainly from rains and the nearby lake.
As of now they have plans to retain most of the trees or some of them which are in the center will be reallocated to the periphery.
The project is supposed to be launched in Jan 2008 with a starting price of 2600/sq ft. He is offering us the same today at 2100/sq ft. If we are buying today, we need to pay 30 lakhs upfront and the remaining based on the final plan chosen. If he ends up building row houses or villas as against a flat, it will be a lot more expensive. If we wish to withdraw then, he promises to return the money with 24 % interest.

There were so many trees and greenery that i was not sure how to take pictures, any way here are some random shots.

This is entrance for the property. This property originally was a old farmhouse, it still has a big old house in between, which is likely to be demolished.

The boundary wall at the back. There are lots of a individual houses and after that is the NICE road connecting the electronic city.

Another view of the boundary wall.

This is a water body, water is mostly rain water and some flown from the nearby gottigere lake.
All these plantations are supposedly going to be retained.
Another water body.
This is the approach road. One end leads to Bannerghatta Rd (less than a km) and other end leads to JP Nagar (around 2/3 km). I believe this road has been sanctioned to be fixed and widened.
Again, they have plans to retain this boulder as is.

Few more random pics.

Another boundary wall.
